Skilled Analysts are difficult to find, so the demand for those who are skilled will be high, this is my prediction, when it starts to grow, the opportunities for freshers will be a little less than those who are skilled, as in the current situation, with 2-3 years of experience, a monthly income of 60,000 - 1,50,000+ taka is possible. You will get more in MNCs and Fintechs!

◾ Many companies in USA, Canada, UK will look for low-cost but high-skill analysts from Bangladesh, India, Philippines. In the future, I will start looking from Bangladesh as well, as I myself am currently engaged in a remote job for the past 6 months.
